Located in the birthplace of education choice, this charter network is reimagining education for Black children by building a college-preparatory pipeline from early childhood through high school graduation. Founded by a former Black superintendent in partnership with eight pastors, Dr. Howard Fuller Collegiate Academy offers dual enrollment and experiential learning opportunities that prepare students for success beyond the classroom. With a growing waitlist, the network is expanding beyond its roots in a public housing community, opening its first elementary campus this fall through the acquisition of another charter school.
