Founded by the veteran founder of Rocketship Schools, Flourish Schools is reimagining K–8 education through an affordable AI-powered model that combines personalized academic instruction with intentional development of the human skills AI cannot replace, such as curiosity, agency, and perseverance. Rather than asking teachers to deliver every lesson, Flourish uses AI to support core academic instruction, allowing educators to focus on coaching, mentoring, and cultivating the character and critical thinking skills that prepare students for an AI-driven future. Currently operating in Tennessee, Flourish plans to launch sites in Arizona, utilizing the ESA program to be sustainable.
