Happy Hands Education Center is one of the nation’s distinctive Christian education programs dedicated to Deaf and hard-of-hearing children. Based in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, it combines academics with specialized therapies, accessible communication and a community built around belonging. Its K–5 academy currently serves 17 students and plans to add sixth grade, while the organization is also exploring virtual and hybrid pathways that could eventually reach families who cannot relocate. Happy Hands gives children access to an environment intentionally designed around how they communicate, learn and thrive — rather than asking them to adapt to a school built for someone else.
