Based in Oklahoma City, Happy Hands Education Center is one of the nation’s only Christian schools dedicated to serving Deaf and hard of hearing students, from infancy through elementary school. By combining accredited academics, specialized therapies, and accessible instruction, Happy Hands ensures students thrive. Serving families regardless of their ability to pay, the school has created a sustainable, community-centered model. Led by a strong advocate for educational choice, their Executive Director helped shape the early guidelines for Oklahoma’s Opportunity Scholarship Fund and continues to work with state legislators to ensure the needs of Deaf and hard of hearing students are represented and supported.
