Starting with an initial partnership with the Eastern Hancock School District, the Indiana Microschool Collaborative is pioneering a new model of education by helping public school districts launch small, relationship-driven microschools that expand educational choice from within the public system. They combine competency-based learning, real-world projects, and personalized instruction with centralized operational support so that microschools can do what they do best. Authorized to serve up to 6,000 students statewide, the Collaborative is demonstrating how traditional public school systems can embrace innovation while giving families greater access to personalized learning.
